This Notice has been prepared under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") regarding the processing of personal data of natural persons who visit the Doctor1881 platform, become a member, receive a service through the platform, or communicate through the platform.

Personal data are processed under the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK.
These legal grounds are:

- Being necessary for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation,
- Being necessary for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right,
- Being necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller,
- The data subject's explicit consent, where explicit consent is required.

Provided that it complies with applicable legislation, personal data may be shared with the following persons and organizations:

These service providers may change over time depending on the nature of the service.
7. Transfer of Data Abroad
The data centers of the technology infrastructure and service providers used by the Platform may be located outside Türkiye.
In this context, personal data may be transferred to service providers located abroad, or processed on that infrastructure, with the necessary security measures and within the framework of the legislation in force.
8. Retention of Personal Data
Personal data may be retained:
- for as long as the service relationship continues,
- for the periods set out in the relevant legislation,
- for as long as necessary to resolve possible legal disputes,
- for as long as considered necessary to ensure information security and record integrity.
When the retention period ends, personal data are deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with applicable legislation.
9. Data Security
Doctor1881 applies a reasonable level of technical and administrative measures in order to:
- prevent unlawful processing of personal data,
- prevent unlawful access to personal data,
- ensure that personal data are stored securely.
Even so, data transmissions over the internet cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure.
10. Rights of the Data Subject
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, data subjects have the right to:
- learn whether their personal data are processed,
- request information about the processing if they have been processed,
- learn the purpose of processing,
- learn the third parties to whom data are transferred in Türkiye or abroad,
- request correction of data that are incomplete or processed inaccurately,
- request deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in the law,
- request that correction or deletion operations be notified to third parties,
- object to a result that is to their detriment and arises from analysis solely through automated systems,
- claim compensation if they suffer damage because of unlawful processing of data.
11. How to Apply
Data subjects may submit their requests under the KVKK to Doctor1881 in accordance with the legislation in force.
Applications are concluded as soon as possible depending on their nature, and in any event within the statutory period.
Where identity verification is required, additional information or documents may be requested.
12. Changes to this Notice
Doctor1881 may update this Notice at any time, provided that the update complies with the legislation in force.
