These Terms of Use ("Agreement") are entered into between natural and legal persons who access, become a member of, or otherwise use the Doctor1881 platform ("Member") and the company that owns the platform, identified below.

Using this platform means that you accept the following terms.
1. Definitions

- Doctor1881: the AI-powered chatbot and customer management platform developed for doctors, clinics, and healthcare organizations,
- Platform: the entire website served at www.doktor1881.com, the admin panel, API services, widget, mobile applications, and any digital services that may be offered in the future,
- Member: a doctor, dentist, clinic, hospital, healthcare organization, or authorized user who registers on the Platform,
- Visitor: a website visitor who communicates through the chatbot used by the Member,
- Lead: a natural person who shares contact details through the chatbot,
have the meanings given above.
2. Scope of the Service
Doctor1881:
- Provides an AI-powered chatbot service.
- Provides chatbot infrastructure that can be integrated into websites.
- Enables chatbot training from knowledge sources.
- Offers FAQ management.
- Enables chatbot behavior to be configured.
- May offer an avatar creation service.
- Provides lead collection and a management panel.
- May store chat history.
- May offer the ability to work with authorized team members.
- May provide analytics, reporting, and similar additional services.
Because the Platform is continuously developed, new features may be added or existing features may be changed.
3. Membership
Only the following may become members of the Platform:
- Doctors
- Dentists
- Clinics
- Hospitals
- Healthcare organizations
- Their authorized staff
The Member accepts that the information given at registration is accurate.
If false or misleading information is provided, Doctor1881 has the right to suspend or terminate the membership.
4. Account Security
The Member is solely responsible for the security of all account information, including:
- username,
- password,
- API keys,
- access credentials.
All actions carried out from the account are deemed to belong to the Member.
5. Artificial Intelligence Service
Doctor1881 is an AI-powered platform.
Responses generated by the Platform are produced automatically based on:
- training data,
- uploaded content,
- artificial intelligence models.
Doctor1881 does not guarantee that generated answers will be:
- complete,
- error-free,
- up to date,
- medically certain.
The Platform is in no way a system that diagnoses, recommends treatment, or replaces a healthcare professional.
Final responsibility for answers given by the chatbot does not rest with the relevant healthcare organization; however, the Member is responsible for the accuracy of the chatbot's training content.
Doctor1881 provides only the technical infrastructure.
6. Content Uploaded by the Member
The Member accepts that they hold the necessary rights to use what they upload to the platform, including:
- web pages
- PDF files
- FAQ content
- texts
- images
- logos
- brand elements
- all other content
Doctor1881 is not responsible for copyright infringements.
7. Rules of Use
The Member may not:
- Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
- Upload malicious software.
- Interfere with the operation of the system.
- Attempt unauthorized access.
- Attempt to access other users' data.
- Attempt to copy the Platform's source code.
- Examine the Platform by reverse engineering.
- Resell or license the service.
Doctor1881 may suspend or terminate membership in the event of such use.
8. Continuity of the Service
Doctor1881 uses due care so that the service operates without interruption.
However, it is not responsible for service interruptions that may arise from:
- maintenance work,
- updates,
- third-party service outages,
- internet infrastructure,
- force majeure.
9. Third-Party Services
In order to provide the service, the Platform may use third-party service providers such as:
- artificial intelligence services,
- cloud infrastructure,
- email services,
- analytics services,
- file storage services,
- security services.
These service providers may change over time.
10. Intellectual Property
The Doctor1881 software, including its:
- design,
- interface,
- database,
- algorithms,
- source code,
- brand elements,
- logos,
- documents,
belongs to İstalya Dijital Pazarlama ve Danışmanlık Limited Şirketi.
Without written permission, it may not be:
- copied,
- reproduced,
- distributed,
- rented,
- sold.
11. Fees
The Platform may offer free or paid packages.
Package contents and prices may change over time.
New prices apply only to packages purchased after the date of the relevant change.
12. Limitation of Liability
Doctor1881 cannot be held liable for results such as:
- indirect damages,
- loss of revenue,
- loss of data,
- commercial loss,
- loss of customers,
- loss of reputation.
The Platform is liable only within the scope of the service provided.
13. Changes to the Agreement
Doctor1881 may update these Terms of Use at any time.
The current text takes effect on the date it is published on the website.
Continued use of the Platform means that the new terms are accepted.
14. Governing Law and Competent Courts
The law of the Republic of Türkiye applies to this agreement.
The Istanbul Anadolu Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes.
